The purpose of the mission was to reassess the situation pertaining to the freedoms of peaceful assembly and of association in the light of the first mission he undertook in 2013. The Special Rapporteur focused on the implementation of recommendations from his first report to various stakeholders. He also addressed new developments relevant to his mandate. * Late submission.
